Substance Abuse Policy Development
Members of ERMA may adopt a standard policy and procedure plan currently used by over 1,000 companies, or may request assistance in the development of a customized company policy. Receive a review and recommendation on existing substance abuse policies.
Background Screening Service
You will receive access to all consumer and commercial credit bureaus, public records, criminal records, sub-prime reports and verification products. This service is fully compliant with federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations. You can now receive the same background reports at about one fourth the price that others charge.
MRO Services
Three in-house, Board Certified Medical Review Officers. Their sole duty is to provide MRO services to our clients. All are:
- Licensed medical doctors (MD)
- Knowledgeable about substance abuse disorder – plus clinical experience
- Certified by a nationally recognized MRO certification board – MMROC
Results are automatically downloaded day and night from various participating SAMHSA Certified Laboratories, reviewed following DHHS/DOT regulations (or client’s policy for Non-federal testing) and transmitted to employers 24/7.
